Since February, Europcar International S.A. has been fully available in Amadeus Complete Access Plus, the highest reservation connectivity level for travel agents.
Providing seamless connectivity between Europcar and customers demonstrates the Europcar commitment to the travel agency market.
"The complete access plus connection will give the travel agent more confidence in the rates and availability as displayed directly from Europcar’s state-of-the-art reservation system", said Beverley Williams, Travel Industry Sales Manager for Europcar UK.
The estimated total returned on the availability screen allows the travel agent to better inform their customer of the real cost of the rental before making the booking.
"The travel agent will be able to compare between the providers what is going to be the final cost for the customer and therefor both gain in productivity and confidence," adds Beverley.
