Europcar offers our best applicable public rates via phone, internet (automatically retrieved without use of a contract number), and GDS (RC-BEST). These rates are guaranteed in the currency specified once you confirm your clients' reservation.

Booking online - you will receive our best applicable rates unless you specify a contract number / promotional code. Each rate quote will clearly detail the inclusions and exclusions of the reservation.

Payment

Travel Agents may pay using a Europcar Specified Value Voucher or Full Credit Voucher if this facility exists for your account. A deposit will be payable by major credit card at the start of the rental to cover any extra charges, if any, and the estimated refuelling charges.

It is also possible to pay at time of rental with a major credit card or a Europcar Charge Card. After the rental has taken place and the car has been returned, all rentals may be paid in cash, travellers' cheques or Euro cheques however more stringent proof of identity is required in these instances (please check at time of booking).

One-way rentals

Europcar has a network of International key Cities which allow freer movement of vehicles between major cities and countries. A drop-off charge may apply and this will be automatically calculated by using our online reservation service.
